Everything you might want to know
How does check-in work?
You check in on your own with a code, any time from 15:00. There's no need to wait for anyone. We'd still appreciate it if you let us know roughly when you'll arrive.
Where can I park?
We don't have our own car park, but you can easily park on the street right by the apartments, in zone BN. On weekdays from 7:30 to 18:00 it costs €0.90 per hour via the EasyPark app or €1.00 at the parking machine. In the evening, at weekends and on public holidays, parking is free. From there, you can walk into the centre.
How many guests can stay in an apartment?
Each apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a large double bed and a sofa bed. If you're travelling as a bigger group, we'll gladly prepare more apartments for you.
Are the apartments different from each other?
No, all our apartments on Fejova are the same size and furnished the same way. Each one offers the same comfort and amenities.
Is breakfast included?
Coffee and tea are waiting for you in the kitchenette. If you'd rather head out, there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants close by where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast.
Can I bring a dog or another pet?
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Of course, there's free Wi-Fi in all our apartments.
Can I stay for just one night?
Yes, we'll be happy to welcome you for a single night too.
What is the cancellation policy?
With a flexible booking, you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. We also offer a non-refundable booking that's 10% cheaper, but it can't be cancelled.
Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
Yes. A lift takes you up to the apartments, and they are accessible for guests using a wheelchair.
How far is it to the centre?
You'll be staying right in the centre. St. Elisabeth Cathedral on Hlavná Street is a three-minute walk away, and Aupark is just around the corner.
